Privacy policy

RITS Ultra is built to keep your data on your own devices.

What stays on your device

Your provider logins, channel lists, favorites, guide data, recordings and settings are kept on the device (and on your own network share, if you choose one). They are never sent to us.

What the app sends to us

Only when you use an activation code: the code, a random install identifier and the device's name (e.g. "Fire TV Stick 4K Max"), so that the code can be checked and limited to your devices. The app checks it about once a week. To know the current date it asks a public time source (Google or Cloudflare); nothing personal is sent.

Purchases

Payments are handled by Stripe, which receives your payment details and email; we receive only your email and the purchase, to attach your code to it.

AI captions

The sound for captions goes only to the caption server on your own PC. It is not sent to us or to any other service.
